The Crescent

Located in Bluffton, SC just four miles from the bridge to Hilton Head Island on State Hwy 278, the Crescent is a golf community with an Arnold Palmer Signature golf course, clubhouse and private recreation area. The recreation area has two hard tennis courts, a swimming pool and an open-air pavilion. There is a driving range, putting green and short-game practice area. The clubhouse has a pro shop, grille and meeting room.

The Crescent is a Centex Homes community and development began in 2000. The Crescent has 455 full sized homes, 12 villas and three neighborhoods that occupy 540 acres. The neighborhoods are: Waterford, with golf and wooded view homes of 1,835-2,500 square feet; Victory Point with larger ‘estate’ homes with marsh, golf and wooded views and Heritage Bay with custom homes that have wooded and golf views. There are 12 Colony Golf Cottages located at the center of the recreation area and immediately next to the golf clubhouse.
