Eagle's Pointe  

Eagle’s Pointe golf community located on Highway 278 just seven miles from the bridge to Hilton Head Island in Bluffton, SC. The 18-hole championship golf course was designed by Davis Love III and stretches through an exquisitely beautiful wooded area of the lowcountry. The golf club has a driving range and practice putting green. A 6,000 square foot clubhouse holds the pro shop, grill and meeting rooms. Residents enjoy a junior Olympic swimming pool with outdoor pavilion and two hard tennis courts. There are walking trails and a lake of 7.5 acres.

The prices of Eagle’s Pointe homes range from $250,000-$347,000. They have wooded, lagoon and golf course views. All homes are full-sized, one-level floor plans with 3-4 bedrooms and 1,500-2,750 square feet of living space. All homes have two-car garages.

The community comprises 336 acres and was developed by Centex Homes with sales that began in 1998. The annual Property Owner’s Association fee is $940. Membership to the golf club very reasonable and is optional. Membership includes reciprocal play on the Arnold Palmer Signature golf course nearby at the Crescent.
