Old Carolina
Old Carolina is a located off island minutes to Bluffton and Hilton Head and approximately 30 minutes to Savannah. Old Carolina is a new development being built around the Clyde Johnston designed golf course. The course is a beautiful layout built on what was once a horse farm. The clubhouse is located in the old barn. There is an excellent restaurant next door.
Homes are being constructed by D.R. Horton builders and offer a wide range of floor plans and options. As of fall 2001, Phase 1 is close to completion. Phase 2 is under way and offers beautiful lots on and off the course all with golf views. Amenities include swimming and tennis.
